Sure, but I don't believe those rumors.

Before the PS3 was launched there were many rumors. One of them was that games would be locked to a system. So that you couldn't even borrow games from a friend. Most of the rumors proved to be false. I think they were some brilliant bits of propaganda by Microsoft. The "no used games on the 720" is probably Sony propaganda.
