LYC: I've finally found a retailer worthy of banning.

So I bought three pairs of work pants from Sears on December 15th that were shipped on the 19th. After a week they didn't show up, and the tracking number they supplied was a dead end, so I logged a friendly ticket with the support center to find out what's up. They tell me I'll get a response within 8 business days. Annoying, but okay.

8 business days later I get another e-mail saying they're backed up and I should wait another 5-7 business days. Well, it was ten business days as of yesterday, so I sent them another e-mail explaining my predicament in a much less polite (but still respectful) way. I'd been waiting over a month for my items and was on my last pair of work pants, which I was running into the ground to avoid having to buy something in between now and their delivery.

Well, today, they canceled my order and said the item was out of stock. And the icing on the cake? I clicked on the item from the e-mail invoice I received, and it's in stock and ready to ship.

Goodbye, Sears.
