I really thought Indy would go towards their strength and hire someone from the offensive side.

I think Pagano is the only Ravens DC to get a HC job after only one season.

And we all know Marvin Lewis got the Cincy gig for what he did in Baltimore, but he had a one year stop as DC in Washington first.
