Rep. Rusty Kidd, I-Milledgeville, GA proposes a law that can erase a person's DUI record if they go 5 years without any further infractions.

I dunno about a complete erase... Maybe it should go down by 1 every 5 years? With the additional point that those with more than 3 can't participate at all.

I would limit it to one. You get one erasure... but you get stuck with any multiples for life.
