at first read, i cant say i would be in favor of such an idea.

not sure why, i just dont think it sounds like a good idea, considering the relapse percentage for super heavy drinkers.

Yeah that's why I was thinking some sort of compromise was a) more fair and b) more likely to pass. -- nm
