before each tournament you pick two from the A list, four, from B, and two from C

each day of the tournament, you have one active A, two Bs, and one C. You can switch A for A, etc. before each day of the tournament from the 8 you selected before it.

try to select by wednesday afternoon but if you are unsure if you'll have time then do it monday or so but check before the tourney start if possible in case someone dropped out. that's screwed me a few times. especially the tournament before the masters or brit open, etc.
