Dealing with the hotel from hell here on the phone. First they try to charge me 545euro for two nights accomodation when I was down there and I say

look I booked this online for around 300 and they wanted me to just pay the 545 until they could check on a Monday to see if I did book online for the 300 and I'm like sure it's not my fault it's a Sunday and nobody told me when I was booking online that I'd need to print out the price I got it at in case I'm overcharged when I'm checking out so you can either take the 300 now I'm willing to pay or else I'm walking out of here paying nothing. So anyway they took the 300 after they had a mini conference about it. Then I'm just looking at my bank statement here online and they twice charged me for drinks and cash back that I got at the bar for a charge of 64 euro twice when I should have only been charged that once but I had to enter my card password twice because the guy behind the bar wasn't completely au fait with how to use the feckin card machine. Waiting for them to call me back now. God almighty.
