They left him tied up in the chair.
The woman is Karen Sisco, who Jennifer Lopez portrayed in Out of Sight and Gugino portrayed on the short-lived tv series Karen Sisco. She is an Elmore Leonard staple and there is presumably some intersect between Raylan and her although I am not sure if it has been in a book or not.
