Which job (starting next season) is the more likely road to a head coaching job: Colts DC or Ravens D-Line coach?

I was thinking that Pagano might hire whichever former assistant between Pees and Brooks that didn't get his old job. Then I wondered if it might actually be a better road to a HC job to stay as a position coach in Baltimore. It seems like the Ravens DC is the easiest path the a head coaching job, but being part of turning around Indy's defense would likely put someone at the top of most lists. That is, if successful. If the talent isn't there to do that, you may be fired before the talent is brought in, which probably kills your shot at a head coaching position.
