Lots of people think it's creepy. I guess it would be creepy to know I was just checking impression availability on Yahoo for behavioral targeting to people interested in family vacations.
Me, I don't necessarily mind, for the reasons I mention, but I do hear clients frequently mention the creepy factor (they love that they can reach the precise people they're looking for, though).
