So I get a new chiropractic intern assigned to me at the chiro college, he reads my name off the file and asks me if I'm in mma.

Turns out he knows a few of my tenants (he works part time at the local major mma gym). Turns out my tenants talk about me way too much. New intern asks me if I'm interested in managing another fighter.
