only 25% of normal. The ski resorts that normally open during Thanksgiving week didn't open until the 2nd week of January. Heck, Bogus Basin didn't open until last weekend. We're facing a serious drought this summer and folks have already been notified about water rationing. It's gotten warmer every single year since we moved here. Even our governor is worried.
Idaho is a weird state. The majority of all state, county, and local officials are Republicans, but they're also (for the most part) enviornmentally oriented.
