Stealing the pic from the crime scene.
Handling the shell casing w/o gloves
Warning the sniper that she was there. She was told "alive". Wounded is alive.
Also, what cop would say "this guy could fire from up to 175 yards away" and then set up a grid search that doesn't include searching 150 yards away.
And Jorge is getting some awfully Hurley-like dialogue.
