They don't really talk about it in that article, but I wonder if this isn't actually the source of all the problems he's had from the beginning and it's just never healed up properly. If that's the case, I think he could get this fixed and that's the end of most of his issues.

What's clear is that he sure seems to want to be a NHL hockey player more than anything. There's been talk for the last year or so that his family has been trying to talk him into retiring.
