Depending on the hotel you get, I've always found Disney to be reasonably priced if you watch their special offers.

We bought into the Disney Vacation Club (timeshare program) six years ago, so our hotel is already covered. We like to try a new resort each time we go. This year we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani Village. The property was beautiful, but there were far more young kids there than we're used to. I guess with the animals right outside of the room, that's a popular resort for the little kids.
