skip this one unless they get a very good conference rate.
Two years ago we got the Mission Inn for $99/night - since then the room rates are running closer to $220 :(

Their senior rates right now start at $170, but that will probably change by next year - and the convention rate generally isn't posted until January. -- nm

This year it's at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego at $122/night. I'm staying down the block at the Travelodge. I did the same thing last year
