The majority of companies aren't making such drastic cuts.
|
And there will be two benefits from the situation:
1) The existing companies will be better and stronger by conducting their company-wide searches for areas of efficency;
2) As happens every downturn, many new companies will emerge out of this with the talent that is now availible.
The cycle is rough, but no one denies that it will come to an end and when it does, the overall system will be better for it.
