I can't say I've ever read much, but she said 10 years ago it was targetted about 10 years above her, and now it's about 10 years beneath (spoilers)

I'm with mafic. Everything I've read about Cosmo in industry literature states that it's target was late 20s thru early 40s for most of its run.
