I'm with mafic. Everything I've read about Cosmo in industry literature states that it's target was late 20s thru early 40s for most of its run.

Maybe it just wasn't your thing, but the 80s editions were clearly not aimed at college kids. (From what I've read. I was playing with He-Men in the 80s. Not really reading Cosmo.)
