if you have a TV and do not have it hooked up to an antenna/cable/satellite, but only watch dvds, would you still have to have a licence for it?

If you've got an ariel on the roof and the ability to hook up a tv to it, then you need a license as it's pretty difficult to prove that you're not - LMS Jan 21, 08:09 2
