Then it sounds like this was consent.

"I say her being drunk (stumbling, slurring, etc) and wanting to say no means there was never any true consent." Makes literally no sense. people hook up all the time when drunk. You monitored, you never stopped it, and if it's her bf and they made out, then I don't see what she is saying?
