"Good bank Bad bank" !!!

This is how it works. You see, on the one hand you have a good bank (presumably still full of the people who made the previously good bank bad) operating in a good way, because, like, duh, this is the "good bank"
And on the other hand, you make a bad bank, full of the bad stuff; toxic assets, snarling crocodiles, radioactive goo, that kind of thing.

Simple see?!
