that a system update last week caused a core process to hang whenever a phone call came in, so when it starts ringing, it pops up prompting you to force close. i think it requires a Sprint tech to apply a system update to undo it. the guy who helped me with my phone had a dozen of them in within a week.

find a nearby store with a service window and bring it in. might only take an hour or so possibly. i found them to be far more knowledgeable than the chat/phone central reps.
