...honour the spirit of your legal agreement, or continue to kvetch at you. Just let you know which path she's going to take.
If she chooses to continue to kvetch, ask her to sign a Kvetching Agreement, charging her $300 per hour -- assuming that's your billing rate -- to read/ reply/ handle her kvetches.
