STIS: What's a good word to describe an email (or letter) that is being forwarded, but with significant editing?

It's still a letter, but I'm deleting the stuff that they don't need to see. Excerpted letter? I don't want to just call it an excerpt, because it's more than that (and I want a word that sounds nicer than that as well).

"Below I'm forwarding you a___________"

??

I'm thinking maybe I should just call it "letter."
