Did we discuss the rumor that Don Cornelius committed suicide to keep his ex-wife from getting his life insurance money?

A provision in his divorce settlement said that she would be the beneficiary of both of his life insurance policies. But in California, if you commit suicide within two years of the policy being issue, the insurer doesn't have to pay.
