for a month I hobbled on a cane as my leg felt like it was broken and when I closed my eyes I could imagine it twisted like a cork screw.

the worst part was, I had no idea if this was what the rest of my life was going to be. I was like 40 something, living like a 20 something suddenly 80 some.
