from the fact that i had to stand there and wait to be greeted for 5mins, to the fact that your customer service rep didnt offer me any choices but to pay for a $35 replacement (refurbished) phone (without any sort of contacts transfer) or buy a new phone at full price since my upgrade is available April 1, 2011.
seriously, that was a top 10 worst customer service experience.
