and its like, dude, you just swore before two witnesses your vow of marriage. I can't just tear up my record of it.
note: in this state, most couples file the forms themselves, so they are in possession of their certificate of marriage that I, they and the witnesses signed. so crap like this can happen much easier here, I keep the form that just says MARRIAGE LICENSE and has their names, town of residence, and two dates the license is valid to be used between, (3 day wait period, 60 day expiration)
anyway, he kept going on and on.
