Yes...it's called primary and secondary insurance. Check the plans though...as with most insurance companies, there are contracts.

And companies will only pay the contracted amount. If another company pays that amount first...they will not pay anymore.
I would think it's even worse for dental coverage as no one wants to pay dental claims.
but the broad answer is yes, you can give them 2 insurance plans...but you have to tell them which would be primary and which would be secondary...and to do that, you may need to contact both carriers.
