why are our teams so similar?

right now I'd be keeping McCutcheon, Pence, and Bourn in the OF (leaving Stubbs homeless), then in the infield keeping Beltre, Reyes, Zobrist, and either Howard (likely) or Berkman (less likely)... but Clay Buchholz is my best starter.
