Pardon my rant but replacing the entire staff is the most effed up idea ever....for several reasons.

1. The main reason is most of those teachers are probably really good teachers.
2. Transferring them marks them as a problem, even though they're not. It has the conotation of the Catholic church transferring pedophiles to other churches.
3. The good teachers have a bond with their students and have built a career at that campus and now they are being punished in a way.
4. On the flip side, most of the students probably have a bond with their good teachers and their grades might suffer because of this move.
5. What are the parents at the other schools going to say? Well, he/she came from *that* school so I'm not letting my child in their classroom.
6. Who's to say that the new teachers coming in are not pedophiles?
