when did mc d.'s logo change color to orange? (most ca poppies are orangey.)

anyway, that's sorta right. you're not allowed to pick/cut/destroy any plant on state land, without permission, not just poppies. I'm not sure if you can plant or toss seeds willy nilly, either, although (shh!) it's possible I tossed wildflower seeds onto a side area of an offramp I used to frequent. (so pretty, they were.)
