while she really does trust my judgement, I can't see her making her decision without meeting the other two finalists. They are both OK, but not as good as my pick. They are more traditionally who would get picked though.
We are pretty strict, like if we are interviewing an internal candidate, we can only consider what's in their application...so if the job requires CPR certification and they don't say that they have it in their app, we can't go hey she was my partner when I got my certification last year
