with a two handed weapon for a while to build that and my blocking up. May also switch to some light armor and work on that as well.
You probably have more well rounded character than most.
I finally ran into something I couldn't kill last night. a draugur(spelling?) deathlord. He was at the end of one of the College of Winterhold quests. Two hits from his sword and I was dead. I spent an hour trying to do all sorts of things to kill him. Every trick I tried failed. I gave up and loaded from before I went on that quest. I'll go back later when I'm stronger.
