It's not about banning birth control. It's about forcing an employer to provide something that's against their religious beliefs.

I actually have to side with the Church on this one. They shouldn't be forced to provide health care that goes against their beliefs.
If you want insurance subsidized contraception, work somewhere else. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that believes enough to work for the Church.
