It's not a bad compromise. The women don't get penalized for working for religiously affiliated employers.

The thing that might be an issue is will the free coverage cover the same stuff at the same percentages as for women who have employers that pay for the coverage?

And will the premiums go up anyway for the religiously affiliated orgs to make up for the loss in revenue that the insurers will see?
