insured woman calls the insurance company and says "hey, i don't have coverage for contraceptives on my plan."

insurance rep: "ok, i can help you with that."

insured: "so how much will that coverage cost me?"

insurance rep: "it's free of charge."

insured: "sweet."

in effect, it's simultaneously exactly what they asked for, and also a big fuck you.
