I slammed it in newton's door last week and destroyed the entire nailbed. it's really gross. eleanor's husband is a doctor and told me that if it didn't stop being spongy by wednesday, I should see a doctor (he's not a practicing doctor, really, and his specialty is pediatric neuropathy, so he can't actually *treat* me).

it's way less spongy today that it was last night.
