seriously - what I said on B2 is do-able totally - especially in fine dining places - they WANT to have you have a GOOD experience. look at the menu

and pick something you can handle and would like and then tell them how you need it prepared so it's enjoyable for you - just say you have dietary restrictions - it's no big deal.
