then try to make a list of your non-negotiables. is footstep and thumping noise from above going to make you homicidal with rage? how important is a safe neighborhood to you? do you need a yard? what do you need in a kitchen? laundry? a dishwasher? then just dq the shit out of places when you start looking for real.
