why cant i have a house that has a complete smithy, enchanting, alchemy, and plenty of storage all in one space without having to suffer through loading screens to get to at least one of those items.

why isnt that possible?

granted, in oblivion, you could get those via dlc, so hurry up dammit.

tired of the darn loading screens.
