This reminds me that I read once that an absurdly huge percentage of people plotting attacks in the U.S. today are actually FBI informants.

Like 80%. You gotta guess that from time to time, they end up busting each other. Presumably, in most of these "terrorist cells", there's only one actual terrorist and the rest are all in on the job.
