tylenol's own recs, which say it's ok either way, which isn's so helpful for what I'm trying to find.
in any case, I still say that, especially if your system is out of sorts and you're likely not well-hydrated, I'd be careful. it's probably ok in limited other use, but I'm all for the extra caution.
(mememe: I take very large doses of prescription ibuprofen 2-3 times a day and have for, oh, years now, plus fairly regular pain medicine that has acetaminophen in it, and I also took tylenol arthritis for a long time; so I'm extra careful about anything else that may affect my liver and kidneys, in particular. not everyone is me, though. ;p)
