I think, as Jen says, it must vary by location. I just took a quick look at Yelp for our local locations, and there's a definite separation.

the one I went to has the worst reviews of them, and a number of the reviews I skimmed mentioned the fries being notsogood, although Cajun seems to fare better.
I'd try another location next time, for myself.
