it's a huge expense, really. I would rather see my fees increase by the cost of bulk cable than have to pay for individual cable.

here bulk basic cable is about 30% less than individual cable. so you save the $70 per month increase in fees (and honestly I can't believe the condo needs that full amount right now) but the end user is charged $100 per month?
reduce costs wherever you can. allow people to pay less.
