Depends on which business model they're now following with the new redesign.

From the sounds of it, it wouldn't do a bit of good. Apparently, they didn't listen to any comment from users during the closed beta test before releasing the public beta, so I doubt they'll listen now. And they appear to be following Blizzard's World of Warcraft business model -- gear everything toward attracting new players, rather than keeping current players.
