Yesterday, the fans were removed, allowing people to actually speak and be heard. This seemed to alleviate much pressure. However, as I write this, we have yet to restore coffee rations. The powers-that-be have graciously agreed to morning-and-afternoon paid-for coffee runs until the plumbing is completed.

Mutiny averted.
