Unclear. I'll be slipping a note under their door today explaining the problem.

They knew about the marathon 14 hour day (the first time this happened) and didn't seem too sympathetic (since I had my brother texting them after it had been going for 8 hours) but I have not mentioned it since. I'm now fed up.

If it persists as a problem after the note (which will be fact-based and not mean, but will explain I'm not happy) I'll got the building board. Rules and regs of the condo association allow the board to give written notice remove the dog from the premises.

It should not have to come to that, I hope.
