So, I've been thinking about this and something had been bothering me through the finale last season and the majority of last night.

Ben, Jack and others have mentioned being visited by Locke, since leaving the island. In fact, that's why Jack feels so strongly about having to go back...his "meeting" with Locke.

I'm assuming that the "meetings" with Locke they're referring to are Locke finding them on the island in the past while doing the time travel polka. Basically, the same way Faraday sent Desmond to his mother.

Does that sound about right?

Also...we're all pretty sure that Faraday's mother is also the jewelry store lady as well as the lady Ben was talking to at the end of the episode, right?
